TEpredict: predicting T-cell epitopes
Windows version includes all necessary Python modules.
Python version of TEpredict currently depends on BioPython and numpy. If you plan to use BLAST filter then you should get your local version of BLAST software.
TEpredict is available as python source code or as a windows version, created with py2exe.
